On going through table 12 it is found that the probable fitment in my case may be Rs 23100 as my 4cpc pay on retirement was 2375 with gp 4200. According to the Delhi High court judgenent in march, 2016 the gp for 5cpc pay scale 6500-10500 is to be raised to 4600. Did ur organization take any step to urge DPP&W GoI to issue fresh OM to give effect to the order/ In case the GoI agrees to accept thecourt verdictm the pre-2006 pensioners in 6500-10599 scale stand to gain substantially. May i hope to hear from you on the matter/
