  1. I retired in October 2004.
My pay last drawn was 13225 in the pay scale of 8000-275-13500
Notional pay to be fixed in 6th CPC in the scale 15600-39100= 13225 × 1.86 +5400 GP= 29998.5 ROUNDED OFF
    30000
Notional Pay to be fixed in 7th CPC in the Matrix ( civilian)= 30000 × 2.67 (IOR) = 80100. As this amount exceeds 80000 table the pay would be fixed in the next box, his 82400.
Therefore the revised pension would be 41200
    Am I correct ?

Table 16, 4th CPC pay levels were given up to 3000 only. This needs to be corrected. For the pay drawn 3800 in 2200-4000 scale of 4th CPC, the corresponding 7th CPC pay matrix is level 10 ( gp 5400). For the last pay of 3800 the corresponding pay in 7 th CPC is 67,000 and pension should be 33,500 and not 33,600 as shown. similar revision is also due for family pension. This may please be verified.
