I have doubt on this table. For example my pay was 11625 in 5th CPC. This was fixed at 29310 in 6th CPC when I retired in August 2007. But your table shows that the fixation will be at 28230. Thus there will be lower fixation which is not correct. Moreover there is a ready reckoner from where pay of existing employees have been calculated. Why that will not be followed when a final calculation will be made from 6th CPC to 7th CPC in all cases notionally. I would request to recheck this issue. Thanks. Sincerely yours N. Gupta. G.
