IN TABLE 9, Level 5 of 7th CPC matrix, minimum pay + 9 increments have been bunched in 3 levels i.e. Rs.14,600/-(for 3 BP), 15,050/- (for 4 BP), 15,950/-(for 3 BP viz. Rs.1,600/-, Rs.1,640/- and Rs.1,680/- (ALL 4th CPC PAY). Will there be any bunching benefit for those pensioners who retired during the 4th CPC tenure at a higher basic pay in the bunch?
